Big Mountain Ciderworks to release new Spring seasonal - Sweet-16
Kalispell, MT (June 1, 2015)
Big Mountain Ciderworks has developed another new cider label developed in collaboration with The Brandit – a North Carolina Branding and Marketing firm. Cider production should commence as soon as construction of their new cidery is completed - estimated August, 2016. This spring seasonal offers a rich apple taste with a slightly - or semi sweet finish. "We suspect that many newcomers to cider have difficulty selecting a cider based on the label. Many "dry" ciders are actually pretty sweet but the cider newcomer may be turned off if they start off with a traditional or truly dry cider. We are offering a seasonal that appeals to those with a different palate than the traditional cider aficionado" said Jen DeSmul owner of Big Mountain Ciderworks.
Big Mountain Ciderworks flagship and seasonal offerings are gluten free and naturally fermented using fresh pressed apples and cherries from their own orchard as well as other fruit from NW Montana and its neighbors.
