Big Mountain Ciderworks donates cider and swag to charitable events as our way of giving back to our community that supports us every day. However, to do this we first must review donation requests to determine if we can help out. All charitable requests must submit a complete Donation Request Form. If you would like a cider or swag donation for your charitable event, please read our donation guidelines before submitting the donation request form.
Donation requests must be placed at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. Once we review your request, we will get back to you with a decision.
DONATION GUIDELINES:
We frequently receive requests for charitable donations and we try to accommodate when we are able. To help with this process, we created some guidelines listed below, along with other important details.

We have chosen a few areas of interest in order to donate to a wide range of organizations:
Arts and Culture
Environment
Human Services
YAY! Foundation
WHO WE WILL NOT DONATE TO:
Organizations without 501(c)(3) status
For-Profit Organizations
Individuals or private fundraisers
Political organizations or campaigns
Religious groups
Children’s groups
Athletes or teams
Tuition or Scholarships
Additional Details:
If your event is less than 30 days away, it will automatically be declined.
All donation requests must be submitted online. We do not accept paper donation requests.
The organization must provide a liquor license to receive any donation of cider.
Due to the number of requests we receive, we can only reply to the donation requests that we can fulfill. If you do not hear from us within a few days of your submission, it unfortunately means that we can not provide a donation at this time.
We do not provide staff to work at events or deliver donations.
